I saw this tag over at Thrice Read and thought it would be fun to do today for Book Tag Thursday. If you’ve ever participated or plan to, let me know so I can see your answers!
MOST LIKELY TO BE IN THE MOVIES
The book that would make the best movie.
The Illuminae Files would be epic on screen, so long as the special effects are on point! (Though I do wonder how they’d handle AIDAN’s monologues.)
BIGGEST DRAMA QUEEN/KING
The most (overly) dramatic book or character.
Elisabeth in Wintersong. We couldn’t go a single chapter without her wallowing and getting all “woe-is-me” over her plain looks and life.
The book with the best cover.
Sadly, I thought Of Fire and Stars was an average read, but the cover remains one of my favorites. I love the font, colors and hand holding!
The book with the most unique plot, characters and structure.
I think Jane, Unlimited definitely fits the bill for all of these!
The book with the most ratings on Goodreads.
I’m assuming Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s/Philosopher’s Stone, but I’m too lazy to go check. (I’m also basing this on books I own/have read because, for all I know, it could be the Bible.)
MOST LIKELY TO SUCCEED
The book that is going to be appreciated for many years to come.
The Hate U Give, I hope!
The book that made you laugh out loud.
Golden Son was not a funny book, but Sevro and his banter with Darrow cracked me up. I still have Sevro’s Reaper song saved on my phone.
The book that started off slow, but really picked up.
Nevernight. Omg, I honestly didn’t think I was going to understand the hype of this book, because it was so slow before Mia got to the Red Church. I was invested and obsessed once she did, though!
The cutest couple in a book.
Wylan + Jesper from Six of Crows. Or, as I like to call them, Wysper.
The book that broke your heart.
Tag… you’re it!
