Magical Readathon: Charms Extra Credit Wrap-Up

Hello and happy Monday! (Actually, I realize “happy Monday” might be an oxymoron for some of us, and so let me rephrase by saying, hello—today is Monday!)

The Charms Extra Credit readathon ended yesterday, so I thought I would do a wrap-up post of my results. I didn’t get around to reading all five books on my TBR, but I did manage to finish three. That means I’ll get a three-day head start for Charms class next year during the O.W.L.s Readathon, which is just fine by me!

The three books I finished were:

  • Alohomora: A book that’s first in a series: Strange the Dreamer ★★★★★
  • Accio: A book that’s at the top of your TBR: Saga, vol. 4 ★★★★
  • Lumos: A book with a light-colored cover: The Merciless II ★★

I absolutely loved Strange the Dreamer (and it is super chunky!), so even if that had been the only book I finished, I would have been content. However, in the last couple of days of the readathon, I was able to squeeze in The Merciless II (which I didn’t particularly enjoy, unfortunately) and volume 4 of Saga.

Also, I’m kind of loving how color coordinated the covers are, but that’s because I’m weird!

Have y’all read any of the books I completed during the readathon? Thoughts?
